Yes, we accept self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. If you are self-managed, you can pay for your session and claim reimbursement through the NDIS portal. If you are plan-managed, your provider will be invoiced directly. Unfortunately, we do not accept agency-managed participants as we are not NDIS-registered.

Yes, we offer 30-minute telehealth consultations for both initial and follow-up appointments. These sessions are conducted via Google Meet, allowing for real-time assessment, tailored exercise guidance, and rehabilitation advice from the comfort of your home. If you have an EPC referral from your GP, Medicare will fully cover the session with no out-of-pocket costs.

No, you do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist. However, if you are claiming through Medicare (EPC), WorkCover, or NDIS, a referral may be required.

Yes, as physiotherapists, we can refer for X-rays, which are typically bulk billed if referred under Medicare. For ultrasound, CT scans, or MRI, referrals can be provided; however, these scans usually incur a fee. The cost will depend on the imaging provider, so we recommend checking with them beforehand.

We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows easy movement. If we are assessing a specific area, such as the knee or shoulder, wearing shorts or a singlet may be helpful.

Yes, if you have physiotherapy or remedial massage extras cover, you can claim a rebate through your private health insurance. We have HICAPS available for on-the-spot claims, so you only need to pay the gap amount.

We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, and HICAPS for private health insurance claims. NDIS plan-managed invoices will be sent directly to your provider.
